Sugar Free Biscuits

  • 100g margarine/Stork
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 125g wholemeal flour (doesn't need to be wholemeal, but wholemeal adds healthy brownie points!)
  • 50g oats


1. Cream marg and honey really well, so that there are no lumps and is almost liquid.

2. Add the flour and oats, and mix well. Note that the mix will still be quite wet, and won't be rollable.

3. Spoon mix onto a greased tray, and bake at gas mark 5/200 C/390 F until golden and reasonably firm on the top. KEEP AN EYE ON THEM: they burn pretty quick after about 10-15 minutes.
